What fitness are you into?

I like fitness alot and I am a very active person, my main interest is bodybuilding and I train 3 times a week. I also do ashtanga yoga and I like to walk alot as well. I aim to walk about 10000 steps aday
Used to do a lot of training and be very fit. Then had some serious injuries, smashed my knee up badly also.. so now, not anywhere near as much as I used to do..

So what is your training regime ? ? ..... Do you suggest scrapping the lunges for 50 pelvis thrusts ?? ?? ..... Or a G & T ?? ?
G&T. Easier, less sweat and less effort. Aside from munching the ice cubes. I mean, who doesn't like munching on an ice cube? ?

I’m not one for gym type exercising, I work in construction so it’s a physical job , according to my phone I average upwards of 7000 steps a day , which at my age don’t think is to sad .........
