Ah yes @Pearls is the same, but if done enough to the point where they're very hard, firm and slightly crispy - they will stay formed together in a circular shape? Perfect for a muffin with crispy streaky bacon, maple syrup..Not sure about scrambled eggs. ...it's a texture thing....
