What do folks think should happen to members who fail to show up for a planned meet.
We have all heard the excuse I missed the bus or it broke down and all that malarkey
Should they be named and shamed or maybe given a time out or even a ban of some kind.
Maybe they could have a little code under the PV and such tags saying waster or something along those lines just so we all know

I think there is a line between genuine people who have to cancel due to real life problems that get in the way, children being off school ill for example, this is out of our control, time wasters who you just know are messing about is something else so all shouldn't be tarred with the same brush.
I have a very sick family member at the mo and we may have to pull out of some arranged socials but does that make me a time waster? I think you just have to go with your own judgement when it comes down to people who cancel xx
