I've only just got round to reading this thread and reply to the opening post, it isn't really a new trend it's been happening since the days of contact magazines. I came across quite a few couples who advertised in the magazines that when it came down to it where looking for some form "reward" either cash or goods from single guys. Then When I started on the internet there was the odd one or two on the early swingers sites but they usually got stamped on pretty quick by site admins as they would often try conduct business over a sites internal mail system. Some got savvy and would try to move conversations to Email so as not to breach site rules, to this day I view profiles that want to use Email rather than the PM system with suspicion. I think all that has really happened is the internet has made things more accesible.

Mmmmmm not sure on this 1 but if someone asked us for money I would just bin them right off and would have thought 99% of other folks who claim to be swingers would do the same so I cant really see them wanting to be on a site like this. If they want to advertise themselves on other places on the net then more fool the folks who pay. as for these lists its all new stuff to us

No it isn't swinging, may have started out that way but soon enough people get greedy, why share and not charge, I have a friend who is a swinger but charges, she still thinks it's swinging though with benefits. I don't think so.
