Anyhow, pelvic floors aside, do you keep fit and is sex a big motivator for doing so?
Both myself and hubby (@EyesOpening) keep fairly fit. Actually I keep fairly fit and he keeps very fit, I'd be lying if I said we had similar fitness levels - his eclipse mine. We are both people that enjoy the outdoors and dancing, as well as being generally energetic and adventurous so fitness is important for that. Health is also an important factor. I'd be lying if I said that vanity wasn't at least a bit of a motivator, a bit of tone makes me feel happier with my appearance...
Sex is definitely up there as a motivator though, being energetic whilst engaged in penetrative sex and maintaining it till true joy is achieved is a tough order so having built up one's stamina is important...I guess it depends what you get up to in the bedroom but it's always been a significant factor in my sex life (when with other people in a penetrative sex situation in any case, obviously not every sexual situation calls for being able to go like the duracell bunny...I am also fairly lazy when having sex with myself tbh ).
So over to you? Is this an important factor for you? Is it something you bother with? If you don't do you consider that you are missing out or do you just find other ways to reach a happy conclusion? If you do keep fit would you not bother so much if you didn't see results in the bedroom?
