I saw Peter Kay on his very first tour compliments of Mrs Kay :) We were about 4 rows from the front was probably the best comedy show i've seen....

I'm a big Dave Gorman fan and Lee Evans as well.

You jammy bugger. :p Sounds amazing!
Lee Evans.. Man he is nuts on stage. I used to find him hilarious but I don't know, as I've grown older I just don't find him as funny..
He's one hell of a talented guy though. :)

Peter Kay is definitely a comedy great, I was lucky enough to see him on the "mum wants a bungalow" tour, unbelievably funny.
I really want to see Lee Mack, love his TV & stand up work.
For TV sketch comedy I don't think anything comes close to The Fast Show (apart from The Two Ronnies, class), Paul Whitehouse possibly has the funniest facial expressions I've ever seen (even more than Phil Cool).
Honourable mentions must go to Harry Hill, Paddy McGuinness, Bill Hicks, Jerry Seinfeld, Jack Whitehall & Eddie Large..... perhaps not Eddie Large:D:rofl:

Hopefully this isn't too controversial an opinion but ... 'Mrs Browns Boys' is about as funny as ebola.

Two of my absolute favourites are George Carlin and John Pinette. Two greats who unfortunately aren't with us anymore.
George Carlin if you're an old pessimistic crotch like me John Pinette if you're a fat bastard like me who loves food.
Pinette once said "I don't do fat jokes per se, I'd rather talk about the trials and tribulations of a large mammal in our society."
Carlin, I really identify with: "I don’t have pet peeves — I have major psychotic fucking hatreds!"
