Good morning all,

It’s Wednesday (hump day) and we’re on a looooong road trip up the country.

As we’re really new to the site and brand new to the scene it’s the topic of a lot of conversation between us. We’re excited (but slightly nervous) to see where the journey takes us.

So our question to you is if you could give us one piece of advice, serious or light hearted, what would it be?

Looking forward to reading your replies and a big thank you for all of the likes, hellos and welcomes we’ve had. It’s good to be here. x

Don’t take the scene or yourselves too seriously !
Ask questions lots of questions !
Always a social meet first !
No matter how you much you text chat or phone the attraction face to face is the key factor !
Be honest and open ! No thanks is not taken personally in this world !
Always agree that both of you have to want the social to progress further , taking one for the team leads to resentment later !
Have fun push limits , you might enjoy it :whistle::tiphat:

Brilliant food for thought, especially ‘taking one for the team leads to resentment later’ - that’s got us thinking. Thanks for taking the time to reply. x

Just to add from my experience and my experience only , the site is very socially oriented, but having said that I’ve never just done a social and maybe arranged something at a later date ....
most meets have been the obvious interaction on line , meeting up , drinks and a chat maybe dinner ... then if all is ok somewhere a little more private ;) so far I’ve never had anyone run off screaming :D always a first time :rofl: part of swinging for me has been the excitement of that initial meet leading to having fun with people you have just met ....
I know everyone has their own take on things but if it feels right it usually is .....

First bit of advice is enjoy yourself swinging is above all else meant to be fun,
Secondly don't eat yellow snow it isn't lemon favour.

We’ll definitely come along at some point. The next couple of months are probably out but maybe September. We’ll watch out for it being organised. x

Everyone is nervous, shanking hands can add excitement :sneaky:...enjoy

The road is long filled with new experiences, meeting new people, making friends, finding things about yourself...in the end it’s a lifestyle for fun....enjoy xxxx :0)) T
