I hate the menopause it's a bitch but it is something that you have to get on with. I have to say I will take any hot sweat over loosing my sex drive although it is coming back finally. Saying goodbye to aunt flo is the best thing about it the rest sucks. Although I do make a nice heated blanket ?

As the loving hubby of a woman that started going through the menopause early in life I can say that I don't miss the mood swings that she had with her period, they could be vicious buggers!

I just got on with it.Yes it was an inconvenience at times ,but the alternative for me would have been not going through it and dying,so I can't really complain about it ? x

That’s the one thing touch wood I haven’t needed. I would definitely go with something that doesn’t contain too many chemicals but tbh I wouldn’t have a bloody clue ?

Well consult with nurse, if i don't want my periods back as I'm only 6 months into the menopause then hrt is not for me.
Just hope Steve can live with my mood swings for the next 6 months then I can go on a different hrt treatment.

Vanessa had pre menopause much earlier than most women and to be honest we both loved it when the mood swings calmed down from her PMS days. I honestly thought I might lose my life some days when she had her periods so this is a serious relief ??
