I have to strongly disagree with you my friend dnot really just pointing out the cause of whats happening.
I knew you were a good catholic boy TiggsUp until the age of 10, I was taught in a catholic school, so a lot of my beliefs stem from that.
However, I would class myself now as agnostic, I don’t believe it’s the religion so much that mould someone, it’s rather the way people interpret that religion.
you can all you want its not gonna change history.I have to strongly disagree with you my friend d
I know I didn't say it would ?you can all you want its not gonna change history.
as for my actual beliefs on religion, some were created by wise/smart men to try and help their people, for example, the fact that you cant eat certain meat in Islam is more due to the fact that it went off faster and had a greater chance of spreading sickness the fact that the actual Quran states that its one of the three holy books was to try and stop it from warring with Christianity and Judaism not that it worked i mean it doesn’t actually say women have to cover up in there there’s just a story about some widows not wanting to be stared at and being told to cover up if you don’t want to. same with Buddhism Christianity and most other religions Some saw problems and though their best way to spread the solution was through teachings. but then there are others which were created to control like Hinduism Confucianism and scientology
as for if any are right I CHOOSE to believe nope and I CHOOSE to believe that there is nothing after death, it's not an easy choice since its easier to lean on a higher power in times of need but well if there was a god i would wanna beat the crap out of it not worship. its something i chose as a child and havent changed since but i dont wish to push that on anyone nor am i gonna go and try and destroy anyones religious belief since 99% dont do harm.
yes if you want to, its a celebration and sometimes they are rooted more culturally and some predate the religion too. but all in all who doesn't like presents and getting drunk? or eating chocolateJust talking to our youngest about certain religions and he’s just asked something that I couldn’t answer.
if you don’t believe in any religion or God then do you celebrate xmas and Easter ?
I’m not religiousWhich is the best... it was asked for and here it is @Mr gorgeous1 @Pearls let the wars start
