age range in personal details

I have noticed that on this section some people are putting the ages of themselves and their partners, but others are putting an age range presumably of people/couples they wish to meet, the info bar does say 'enter your age ranges', and i admit at first i put the ages of people we wished to meet, but after reading it again i changed it to our ages, so which is right ?

Your birthday is listed under the information section of the profile, and age ranges are your preferred age range of choice..
It's as clear as mud and something I am planning on developing further.

But age range itself is the age range you are considering and you can of course, put your age(s) in the profile information field.

The ages of the people you want to meet - I know it's right because that what I've done I've no idea to be honest lets await Mr @Admin's dictat.
