The Theme for the weekend is COYOTE UGLY....seen the film....join in the fun.
Bar dancing, fabulous music, fire and ice !!
What's going on

1. Live music in the marquee from TUSH
2. Top DJ's Mark Eldridge and FAVA
3. Dancers performing and teaching
4. Roaming magician
5. Foam party (no feathers!)
6. Mayhem and mess fun and games
7. Terrence Higgins Trust tent and they will be doing sexual health testing and goody bag giveaways
8. Event photographer and studio
9. and more....

1. Garden jacuzzis (no extra charge for passes)

Oh the wonderful Vanilla Alternative Festival of Fun. I've enjoyed three of them and they just get better and better. A whole weekend of fun and friendship, all kept in good order by the amazing VA Team. Definitely something to look forward to in 2016.

Absolutely! Sadly due to an injury we had to pull out ourselves last minute, was absolutely gutted..
But will definitely be attending this one!

Yes this is an amazing event to attend if you can make it... This years' was phenomenal by all accounts.
I'll say that @TheVA seriously know how to throw a good party! x

Just as an idea to throw into the mix... have you considered having a mobile sauna for the festival?

I went to one at a festival earlier this year, which comprised a pair of geodesic domes - one as a reception and changing area (with hot and cold showers) plus a smaller stove heated sauna dome adjoining it (with wooden floor and benches). It really was fantastic.

Just sitting at my computer with the rain lashing down and the wind blowing a gale, and thinking back to those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer (I feel a song coming on!) at The Vanilla Alternative Festival of Fun in August. What a wonderful weekend! Roll on 2016!

With only 7 months today until the start of VA's Festival of Fun, make sure the 5th and 6th August are reserved in your new 2016 diaries. This will be one huge party both inside and in the grounds of this upmarket club. Saturday night will see the massive inflatable marquee hosting live band Tush once again, together with the club's resident DJ Mark Eldridge. Lots more exciting things will be announced as we get closer to August but the important thing now is to just reserve the date. Fun in the sun at VA's - you can't beat it!

Hi Claire and Mark. Nice to see you on Social Swinging. The website works very closely with The Vanilla Alternative and we are both singing from the same hymn sheet (plenty of interaction between the staff and visitors).

As far as the Festival of Fun is concerned, I would guess that all the onsite hotel rooms are already booked but it may be worth checking when you are next in the club. We do have lots of people camping or bringing motor homes and caravans. The local hotels also do good business that weekend too.

Will you be at VA's sometime over the weekend of 4th and 5th of March as Social Swinging will be celebrating their 1st birthday there and lots of the people you may chat with here will be in attendance? If you think you will be (even as a possibility), get @Admin to add your names to the list of SS members on the birthday party thread.
