Hmmmmm. Ste replying. Ok what brought me to 'here' was reading Forum magazine in my youth. It peaked my interest but also informed me Grateley. After a somewhat forgettable marriage I found myself with a new partner who was exciting and Bi. There was lots of talk of fun and games and inviting one of her friends down for the weekend but none of it ever happened. After we broke up I was left wondering whether I should or should not have ever been thinking about such things so in the end I went to a club to find out for myself. I've been having great fun ever since. I've never had any questions about my own sexuality going to a boys school gave me good reason to think about it way back then. I did however challenge myself to shake off a discomfort I had being around other men and now even though I'm not interested in them I am happy to be around other guys during fun.
Linda has her own story and I think she should be the one to say but I will say that a sudden realisation of her bisexuality came after a surprise comment in later life, in some ways she's still discovering herself.

Weve been swinging for over a year now. We have enjoyed our experiences so far. Wouldnt say we were seasoned swingers but have had a few meets. I am bi curious and thats something that i wanted to explore further but that wasnt our reasons for starting this adventure. There are lots of things that we want to try and we are really enjoying making some great friends along the way. That is most important for us rather than the sex. Xxx
I've swing with my OH for about two years, then we sort of gave up on it. The atmosphere on swinging nights at clubs made me so uncomfortable as a bi girl, it was unreal. We had more bad experiences than good, with couples, single women and single men. Then again, all those people came through that other site that we don't like to name here.
If I could do it all again with the confidence to say no to those who make me feel like a slab of meat and communicate their pushiness effectively, I would.

I suppose this should be answered properly now.
We started off about 4 years ago initially looking for some cuckold fun, we then moved on to playing with couples & clubs, which we found better from the play & social point of view.
We still enjoy cuckolding but secondary to our swinging.
We wouldn't say we're seasoned swingers although others would disagree.
We're looking to do more of the same with people we've already met & with people we've yet to meet. We want to continue having fun in our favourite clubs & try new clubs too.
Definitely carry on having a great time

ive been on the swing scene 8 years now started out as a cple done the clubs done the meets as a cple went our separate ways then being single it was a lot harder pushy ignorant men or in my words 24/7 wankers lol, been a sub been a dom tried most things in my time ,got fed up of the no name site had a recommodation about ss so giving this site ago its a fun way to meet like minded people i enjoy the social side and yes ive met a cple of people on here for the fun side who knows what the future holds but for now im happy where i am

The first swingers club I visited was Adam & Eves in Eccles more years ago than I care to remember. I was working in the Manchester area and went there a few times, meeting and having fun with likeminded people. Unfortunately, on returning home and touching on the subject with my wife, realised that she would not entertain anything like this, so did not push it any further. She sadly died about 9 years ago, so finding myself single again, thought I would give it another try. I visited clubs like Xtasia in Birmingham and Cupids in Manchester, meeting and having fun with people I would never have crossed paths with normally.
I then came across a newish club only about half an hour from where I live. It was The Vanilla Alternative. Without doubt, it was the best place I had been to. Upmarket décor, friendly owners and staff, and really nice visitors of all ages, shapes and sizes. Over the past 4 years I have been a very regular visitor and now also help out on the team.
I find the social side of this lifestyle such a fun and relaxing contrast to the busy business activities that take up most of my weekday hours. Anything beyond the social side is a bonus. Apart from VA's, I also visit swinger clubs in Paris and Ibiza during my holidays. Online, obviously I'm here but also several other sites mainly promoting The Vanilla Alternative.
I realise that I'm probably the oldest swinger in town but while I still enjoy what I'm doing and others are happy to socialise and have fun, I'll carry on until things change.

So what was I hoping for, sex that's pretty obivious but after being on that site for a while it became clear that I was wasting my time there and I was getting pee'd off with all the crap that goes with being a single male. Along with a other northerners I joined the this site last year but if I'm honest I really wasn't expecting things to be any different here. Anyway things have turned out very differently from what I expected, I've made a lot of new friends here and also meet a couple of people and as a some have said I'm a different person to the one the joined here last year.
