This did happen back in the day but not for fetish reasons, mostly within the aristocratic families, they use to employ nurse maids to breast feed their children because they couldn't be bothered so woman use to produce milk to feed their children.

See I may be old fashioned here but to be given the tools so to speak to be able to breast feed is special, I breast fed mine and grown men used to look in disgust at me for feeding my baby in public... So what sort of person gets turned on by this?
Why would women put themselves through torture of re-training they're breasts to lactate?
There is obviously a demand and obviously by men who want this service as it turns them on, sorry guys but if its not good enough when a nursing mum is feeding then why is it good enough without :)

But I don’t think that’s what T&C was asking Two different things ? Of course breastfeeding a child would not be considerered sexual in any form other than beautiful what nature intended .. it annoys me when people find it descusting when a mother breast feed in public The breast was there way before SMA

This is a thread I never expected to see, it is something I’ve heard of below.

I guess a lot of these fetishes come from childhood experiences of one description or another.
I know that men dressing and being treated like a baby is a ‘thing’ so assume this is just an extension of that.

I guess men are also fascinated in many ways about women’s bodies - let’s face it, we will probably never really understand the finer workings. This could be seen as a (slightly unusual) form of exploration.
