I have watched this thread for a few days ... its quite daunting sometimes I look at profiles and think similar thoughts to Kwaka ...people always say I should be more confident so I don't have a huge CV which may rule me out ...sometimes a bit awkward during interviews....always try to deliver good results .... not the fastest worker but a good job usually requires some attention to details ...

I'm a busy boy so availability would always be an issue for me.
