With many years of swinging, on various sites we have found that both verification by other members and photo verifications has not prevented numerous false profiles and fakers from infiltrating these measures. Not only wasting genuine swingers time , but using this very verification system to lure users into a false sense of security. we have learnt that profile and photo verification are no guarantee of a genuine profile and hence we implement our own system for weeding out the fakes and stalkers.

Honestly, we work very hard at making sure the right people are here. Not the wrong sort. They're welcome to stay wherever they are.

No I'm sorry I don't think it's a good idea to have compulsory photo verification.... after all poor old Admin & Pearls get to see enough horror stories already! In all fairness if there was a problem with people who weren't verifying themselves then perhaps but those who fail to verify yourself just leave that cloud of suspicion over your head which puts people off so is in your own interest to become picture verified so you can prove your legit.
Can we get photo verified or are we already? Got a verification form both @Admin and @Pearls lol! Just saying!!
I believe that if you are verified or at least met a member of the admin team at a social then that's all that needs to be done to make this site better then all the others...... Which btw it really is!
And do you know why? Because the people on here are Geniune and mostly nice people!! Lol

Anything that helps trust, to build for people must be a good thing, and can only increase a members overall credibility within the site.
We have seen loads of reasons posted for this to happen but very little from the no camp. We would love to hear the reasons they voted no and would be curious to see if they are indeed verified on here

It will come as no surprise to you that I know who has voted no, and I am quite surprised myself. So it will be interesting to hear why they voted no, otherwise I have nothing to weigh up.
I feel safe here. I think it a place we can all feel safe. Doesn't matter sex, taste, orientation. Anything that keeps it safe is a good thing. Is there anything easier and as effective as PV to achieve that?
Only reason I have seen so far is its not worth doing. Well I would say that's like saying I am going to go through this traffic light without looking if its green cos people some times folks go through on red.
To be truthful, and am always on the fence, I'm yet to see/read a solid defence as to why not.
So far there's nothing.....

At the risk of causing some confusion... I think it is a good idea and this thread spurred me to bite the bullet myself. But as a long-time waverer, I can say that the thing that held me back was the concern about confidentiality. Not that the (fantastic) admin team would use or leak my info, but rather that if the pic was stored and the site was hacked, say. I admit that if PV was required from the get-go I would've been put off, but a 1-month trial solves that point imho, as would a different level of privilege for non-PV users. Hope that helps?!
Valid point. My only counter would be a PV is normal just a normal picture with user name and date on it. So I suppose they would have proof that you were on here once and your username. But in the grand scheme of things what are they gonna do with that? They wouldn't have any other details for you other than a username to put to a face?

We take site security seriously, we do not simply pay lip service to the idea. However we have to be realistic and face the fact that there is always a risk, however small, that a site can be hacked. If you have concerns then you shouldn't be using any form of electonic media. The reality is you have to take some risks in life if you want to progress.
To be honest unless you are a celebrity I don't think they're going to bothered about pv pictures when there is a banquet of sexy ladies with their faces revealed in private pictures to be stolen should any site be hacked.
