Not quite a superhero, but one of my favourite characters ever is Alex Mack The Secret World of Alex Mack (TV Series 1994–1998) - IMDb who winds up with telekinetic powers and the ability to morph after getting doused in an experimental chemical. My female half would definitely be her, I often dream I have her powers
