The pigs cheeks are braised in white wine then reduced and set with gelitine to form a base in which the potatoes can be mashed without the usual butter added lots of flavour

Beetroot is one of my very few food dislikes. I always think it looks amazing and I keep trying it to see if I've changed my mind but I can't get on with it.x
I have never heard of this before. Is it an East Yorkshire delicacy?

Soup from a tin
But I can do a decent Roast Beef with Veg, Potatoes and Gravy
Partial to Peaches and Double Cream myself to end it again out of a tin - oh and they have to be in syrup)

You use a electronic hand mixer on it and after a minute or so it thickens right up so it's more like a Mr Whppy
