Because i dont like the taste anything apricot/peach or banana flavoured though the actual fruits i will eat!

Mushrooms and potato’s and a few other things I have an intolerance too and have to have anti histamines if i eat them or i get really really sick!

I brown the meat then put it in a casserole dish with leeks, onions, apples, herbs and gravy and slow cook

Fat on meat is where the flavour is at though! Prime cuts arent always necessarily the best just what a butcher can flog for the highest price
Some amazing meat found elsewhere on animals thats rarely eaten now
