Something similar to this for me...the good news is you can work on it! I am working on mine and it is gradually improving. I sometimes find the tactic 'do something that scares you a little bit' can give a big confidence boost.

I feel ya on this one! Although, I’m trying to work on caring less. It’s hard. As is the whole self confidence thing but then it’s human to doubt yourself, isn’t it?

The quality that gets me into most trouble is being scatty. I’m sure I’m not stupid but there is a distinct lack of thought on occasion. It’s all systems go or no systems go sometimes!
