An agony aunt account (which I'm sure we had one once) would be helpful for a lot of people too i think

Seriously I do think a few would appreciate a helpful word of advice some times.

Yes, we had one for a very long time and some people did use it, but all in all it was used so infrequently, it wasn't worth having it there 24/7.
The initial uptake was good and the advice being sought after was varied, as you'd expect. But in the end, it simply became redundant.

I think on a serious note each new member should be allocated an individual to guide them with set up.. So in essence you could have several guides.. One for couples, single men and so on . Each pointed in the correct direction to set up accounts and once done . And only once its done should they be given access to the site . Being brutal those that browse before pv rarely stay anyway.. I fear the complexity of trying to get three photos approved,, writing a profile, a hello post and wanking while doing it must be a struggle .. Let's take away the distraction until the complete the set up . If they leave at that point then good luck to them...
I know it's aggressive but genuine people will go through with it..

And as I have said before do not post them in the new members section until they are in fact new members and not potentials. . It gives them creditability and us hope . Its a waste of everyone's time...
