I wear them. I have a hard rubber one that you have to lube first (spit does the job) then pit on in in order.
1.the big ball
2.the small ball.
3. Pill your wet cock thru.
I prefer this on as it keeps me rock hard.

I have worn the soft rubber vibrator ones but thought they were too stretchy
