Hi Antogs ...... pixie here ..... I really wanted to respond to your post personally and with as much respect as I can muster ...... I found your response hasty, offensive and a touch unnecessary. Yes we are new. Yes it’s our preference to interact with couples and not single straight men. It’s a preference not personal ....though your response has done very little to change my attitude to single men at this moment in time I’m sorry to say. We put our point of view across, we listened and we unblocked. I don’t think I’m special. I’m perfectly sociable and well mannered and would appreciate the same in return. Being told to F ***k off doesn’t strike me as social swinging..I'm blocked too. I can only assume, as I've had no interaction with them, that they have either blocked people by mistake or they think they're somehow special and don't want to associate with either certain members or all members

Before anyone jumps on my back about prerogatives, choices etc. I'm fully aware that people can do as they please but that doesn't mean other people (me) have to agree with that choice.
So, here's my opinion (not like me to have and express an opinion is it?)
The name of this site is SOCIALswinging.
In my opinion, if someone has an issue with another member/members then for fuck sakes behave like a civilised adult human being and let them know what the issue is. Maybe there's been a misunderstanding or someone was having a bad day and spoke out of turn, maybe they have no idea that they've done anything "wrong"
Whatever, I hate it when people take the cowards way out and simply block any chance of sorting things out.
What follows?
Do people stop going to events in case the other person's there?
Do people who were friendly with both parties have to make a choice?
Are both the blocker and the blocked better off for not being able to make sense of certain forum threads because there are gaping holes in the dialogue?
It's pathetic, childish and it's totally against the ethos of any site that is there to promote a SOCIAL aspect to it.
So, to be frank, in my opinion, apologies for any offence caused BUT
If you can't be SOCIAL, Fuck off !!

I fully agree as said above, my liking of the post is me acknowledging it, I will not condone any abuse what so ever and the post is aggressive, you can report it of course, I do believe I supported you with my reply which shows as a woman and an admin I am watching this xxAbusive and aggressive behaviour!!
Is that being sociable? If that’s how Antogs reacts when he doesn’t what HE want I’m just glad we will never meet this man in person, at any event, I’d fear for my partners safety around a man like this. What makes it worse is that there are other people on this site who have liked his post. Practicaly encourage other member to be abusive to women

Well it would appear that someone has been driven from this site due to abusive aggressive posts about their choices or preferences. If it doesn't fit your view you get to be aggressive?. Very inclusive and understanding.I think most of us do. I would say more but I need to remain impartial, difficult but necessary.
I will say this again, as I've said recently: if anything on the site makes you feel uncomfortable, bothers you or you're just unsure of, speak to a member of staff privately.
