Yeah, the obvious one is same fees for all.
I realise some may think that because I'm a single guy I'm bound to say that.
Well, that's just not true. I'd advocate a fair pricing policy if I was part of a couple.
It would be a start if clubs charged the same for a couple as a single man but it takes the piss when it's something like £15 per couple and £30-£60 for a single guy.
It's blatant extortion.
I get sick of hearing that it's to keep the balance between males and females correct.
What a load of utter bollocks.
It's quite simple. You have a fixed number of guys and when that number's reached you don't sell any more tickets to single guys.
I think most single women and couples would appreciate the fact that male numbers were dictated by a rational decision and not by ticket sales. In fact, that goes for single guys as well. I don't particularly want to be in a club with 90% male attendance !!
I'm quite sure most, if not all, single women and couples would appreciate knowing beforehand when attending any event the precise proportion of girls to guys and not have to worry about being overwhelmed with single males who are there just because they can afford the ticket price.
And I'm sure they'd be more than happy to pay a little more for the privilege
And in my experience of talking with fellow single guys, none of us go to any event EXPECTING to have sex. We go to socialise, enjoy the company and HOPEFULLY we might be lucky enough to have a little sexy fun.
