Love this place. Everyone who I speak to feels the same, rooms are clean and comfortable and cater for everyone. No matter how New or experienced you are the scene there's something for you. We keep going back because of the great staff atmosphere and of course fellow hedonists

The final 2 parties for April at The Vanilla Alternative this weekend before we start the summer schedule culminating in the Festival of Fun in August. Frisky Friday will be a great start to the Bank Holiday weekend for couples and single guys, whilst on Saturday night we are celebrating a birthday with a few surprises. Remember, it's couples and single ladies only on Saturdays.
The weather's hotting up and so is the fun at VA's. We start May with another Bi-Night hosted by @Spicyminx this Friday (6th). These monthly special nights are always very popular and great fun too. They have a regular following but new couples and single ladies that enjoy the company of bi guys are always welcomed. Festival Of Fun 2016
After 2 Red Hot nights of fun, both inside the club and with the weather outside, The Vanilla Alternative moves into top gear as the countdown begins to the wonderful Festival of Fun which is only 3 weeks away. Club owners, together with many others, are making sure everything is in place for the highlight of the VA calendar.
Because of the Festival, the August Bi-Night for one month only, moves to the 2nd Friday in August (12th) and due to school holidays the Milf Club also takes a break but will be back in September.

It's the final countdown to The Vanilla Alternative Festival of Fun 2016. Only 5 days to go and final preparations are being made for the highlight of the club's calendar. Pre-sold tickets are greater than in previous years but it's still not too late to either buy tickets in advance (by telephoning the club) or by paying on arrival. Tickets are available for the whole weekend (noon on Friday until you leave on Sunday) or single days (Friday - noon until you leave - latest noon on Saturday) and (Saturday - noon until you leave on Sunday).

Camping...
You can arrive anytime from noon to set up your camping spot, you will be directed to your space by one of the team. Due to the amount of people camping this year, you will have one hour to unpack your car and then you will be asked to move it to the parking area, so we can get as many people onto the main field as possible.
One camping pitch is allocated per booking, please don't bring an extra "play tent" etc with you, the more we get onto the main field, the more fun it will be.
If you are only camping Friday night you will need to clear your pitch by noon on Saturday.
We ask all campers to take their rubbish away with them at the end of their visit, please do NOT dump stuff or throw it in the river or the fire.
Day visitors, are welcome from 2pm Friday and from noon Saturday.
Opening times for the club.
Weather permitting the club will open as usual at 8pm on both nights, however if we do get a shower that means it, we will obviously open the club early, let's all do the sunshine prayer this week.
Please be aware that we do NOT provide towels in lockers for FOF, due to the amount that get taken home....please remember to bring towels with you for the weekend.
Lockers are on a first come first served basis and a £20 deposit is required, which is refunded when the key is returned. Anyone wishing to have a bar tab will need to leave a credit or debit card with us and your tab and wristband must be worn at all times and shown when ordering drinks from the club bar.
Food cannot be added to your tab as it is an independent caterer, not the club.
Everyone will be required to show ID and be registered with the club to get in, and if you have pre paid your entry you will need to bring your entry code with you. If you have not received your code, please call us on 07794 730330 between 11am and 8pm.

absolutely beautiful place, we had a great chilled out weekend. jules and scott were so organised and great hosts, the band was amazing. met some great people , never seen so many sexy people in one place. everyone who attended was gorgeous, very friendly and great atmosphere. loved the foam party, wish the weekend could last forever, this is a venue and event that shouldn't be missed, can't wait to attend next year.

First time back at VA for a while last night and one of the best nights we've had there. One of the only criticisms I've ever had of the club is that it has felt clicky at times, last night however was a really good atmosphere and good turnout of both long term members and newbies. The facilities, as always, were spotless and the staff welcoming and friendly. Anyone considering their first club visit couldn't go wrong with The Va, relaxed, elegant and as naughty or tame as you want the night to be. See you again soon x

We attended the VA for the first time last week. We also stayed in the hotel. We had an amazing time. Such a classy clean welcoming place. It was my first time visiting a club like this, but I am hooked. We loved the couples room next to the dance floor. And the hot tub was awesome. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Having visited the V.A. before for a fetish event we decided we wanted to see what the club was like on a Saturday night when it was hosting a swingers night. We were not disappointed.
The club is very easy to find and the Sat Nav literally takes you into their car park where there is more than enough room for parking. We were greeted at the door by a well-dressed gentleman who shook our hands and welcomed us into the club. The lady on the door remembered us from our previous visit to the fetish event and talked us through the clubs rules before offering us a new tour of the facilities to make sure we understood the layout of the premises as a swinging club as opposed to the layout they use for fetish events.
The Facilities.
Changing room.
Very clean, Plenty of space and towels were provided inside the locker.
Toilets.
Mixed gender and busy at times but well maintained clean and surprisingly very social for a toilet lol. Well it would be rude not to speak to the others waiting patiently lol.
The Bar.
The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to make sure they served you as quickly as they could. One of them even jumped into the Jacuzzi. The bar also offered a small bar menu that we just had to take advantage off because we were starving lol.
The couples bed.
Unfortunately we only got a brief view of the couple room but we did notice the bed was fairly spacious and accommodating with a lockable barrel if you felt inclined to lock your partner up whilst you enjoyed a play.
The main play room. The room hosted numerous beds for when couples paired off and some had curtains if you decided that you were ready for some privacy. The beds were good quality and you was expected to use towels underneath you to help maintain hygiene for the next couple to use it. We only had one complaint here and that was that over one of the beds was a very bright light that rotated through numerous colours. We endured it for a short period of time but found it was so bright that it was giving us a headache so we moved to a different bed.
The 40 seater Jacuzzi.
Wow, we loved it. We spent most of night here enjoying the company of other couples. We the atmosphere here was electric and the Jacuzzi was amazing. Especially when enjoyed with an ice cold flavoured water. Around the Jacuzzi was more beds in case the Jacuzzi users wanted to get out and have a play with each other without being to far from their partners or the pool.
The smoking facilities.
Not being smokers we didn’t really venture into this area however we were made aware that should we decide to venture outside bath robes had been provided to keep the guest’s warm and that there were seating areas.
The Hotel.
Again unfortunately we wasn’t making use of the hotel however I do believe that if It was maintained to the high standard the club was being maintained to I am sure it will be worth every penny. Its something to consider if visiting and you are travelling a long distance. You could have a bed and some breakfast.
Dance floor and social areas.
The dance floor had a great looking stripper pole and plenty of room for dancing. The mood was maintained by current pop music providing a great feel and atmosphere for those that were using it not the mention the DJ doing his best to ensure there was something for everyone. The social and seating areas were comfortable, clean and very welcoming. They were close to bar meaning you never had far to walk for drinks and the people using the areas all seemed friendly welcoming.
Our Night
We placed our personal belonging in the locker and headed out to the bar to enjoy a drink. This was different for us as we are used to getting undressed upon arrival at a club but the V.A. allows you to remain dressed in the bar. We enjoyed a drink and some chips that were well cooked before venturing off to get undressed and jump into their 40 seater Jacuzzi.
This is where our night really took off. We met a lovely couple in the tub and got chatting to them like we had been friends for a long time. The social environment was amazing and as the clubs guest’s started arriving more and more people found their way into the tub. There was lots of laughing and lots of play going on around us but we never felt awkward and even took part in some of the play ourselves.
When we were ready we moved to the main play room for some personal time and other than the issue with the bright light we had a great time. At the end we enjoyed a shower before having a last drink and settling our bar bill.
We left having made some new friends and took with us some very naughty but very nice memories. We will most certainly be going back as soon as we can.
On a personal note too we spoke briefly to the clubs owner who was amazing and she alone made us want to revisit the club.
The Bad bits. Although very few there were a couple of things.
1. The bright lights above the bed in the main play room. So bright it was giving us a headache
2. Although the shower was amazing at the beginning of the night as the night drew to a close the shower became freezing cold and was a disappointment after such a lovely time in the Jacuzzi
3. Mistaking towels in the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately all the towels are the same and indistinguishable from each other. We recommend that take you own towel or keep your towel close to avoid anyone accidently mixing your towel up for their own.
These were all small things really and only had small impact on our overall night. We have always said it’s the atmosphere that is most important and the club certainly provided one of the best atmospheres we have had the pleasure of being apart of.

What a brilliant and accommodating club! Been twice now (both times for the SS 1st & 2nd Birthday bash) and love the place.

Bump-n-Grind
Attended VA for the first time last night for the SS Birthday Bash. As we arrived in the taxi you can't help but noticed what a lovely building & setting the club has, once we got inside we were dealt with very well & professionally in reception & then given a well detailed tour by the lovely gent that is @Steed99.
The clubs decor is excellent & the wet area is superb, the play areas are a lovely environment & fantastic for those who enjoy open play areas, unfortunately for those that prefer to play in privacy there's not the option of a private room.
The club was very busy yet we rarely waited long, if at all, for a drink which was a credit to the staff.
Great to see so many joining in with the Gangsters & molls theme.
It was well worth travelling to visit this club & we'll definitely be back

Its spotless, its sumptious, and a pleasure to attend.
The jaccuzi, is huge, amazinly warm, with large beds to the side, if you feel like getting jiggy with it.
You are greeted with a guided tour, and a smile.
Its a large club, with a large amount of play areas.. whilst most are open. There is a lockable couples room. Plus
there are many areas tucked away in dark nooks and crannies, for the more reserved amongst us.
The bar is large, and weve always been served pretty promptly, even when busy.
Plenty of seating with large leather floppy sofas....
The owners are a lovely couple.. extremely professional in there approach, but are quietly bonkers
they can often be found mulling around the club and in conversation, with the customers..
We live North so for us the VA is a fair trek.. but oh so worth it!
Its in a class of its own.. its a beautiful building, in extensive lush grounds. Which alongside, runs an amazing river.
We look forward to visiting this place every year.
