We have found that we've left verifications for a lot of people, but they just can't be bothered to leave them for us.. :confused:
Why....?
is it a reason? Or just laziness..?

Badges, or help prove the real you?

You feel you have to be polite.. I used to leave them only for that reason..
Rarely do I actually mean what I say..
It's easier not to leave them.. It's a subtle message without the publicity..

Genuinely believe (strongly) that people should be completely open and honest with verifications. If someone you’ve met is sexy, fun and attractive then of course say so.
But if someone you’ve met is dirty as in unclean, has poor manners or bad etiquette, plays games, lies to you or is not as attractive as their pics show - then say so and make sure that other people are aware of all the good or indeed bad points of others. (y)

being polite should be taken for granted, but not to give a proper feedback of a person or couple effects trust in the website ..and you saying "Rarely do I actually mean what I say.." means that i am unlikely to trust complicity any people you have solely verified.

I can see your point..you are trying to be " nice" but in these circumstances it does not help :( I would like to be safe in the knowledge that any verified people are genuine swingers/genuine nice people.

This is in no way a denigration of you, just my personal observation of this convo :) i especially appreciate your honesty :)

Regardless .. Unless everyone is truthful And they are not.. Unless all verifications are published ... Good or bad . And they are not.. It's pointless

"We finally met K** after weeks of chatting .. We travelled to meet him had Drinks then back to our room... First reaction.. His abs that he was so proud of and indeed everyone else has commented on in their verifications . Were absent!
After what can only be described as a one sided flash in the pan he pulled out his plastic sandwich box and are left over pizza while texting on his phone
My boyfriend escorted him to the door.
I am at a loss as to what everyone else wrote about him as I either caught him on a bad day or this is normal as he was unphased.. "

This is a genuine verification that for some reason was never displayed on his profile ....

Instead he wrote a glowing verification for us all of which about the action and quality of the evening was clearly written by a ghost writer ... And my point is he lied and I did not...
Which brings me back to my original point.. There is no fool proof system for verifications .
You can't enforce people to be truthful and you can't enforce people to publish them..
That also opens another problem . The problem of opinion.. We all see something different so in turn everyone has a different version of events..
There is not a perfect solution..

Last time I checked, this arena isn't a court of law so it's not necessary!

And in any case, your "burden of proof" threshold is too high. If, for instance, we were to meet and I was to verify you, you are guaranteed to have an honest write up.

You just might not like what I have to say.

But then every argument is a triple-edged sword as they say - that is the objective truth.

I think that we should not be doing "tit for tat"

It is a discussion :)

The main thing is to improve and move forward.

If someone has a good experience they should " report" it(sounds so official but i cant think of a better word at this moment ) if several trusted members say sth negative about a member then that member is banned .. negative things are not "they weren't my cup of tea" ...but if they were pushy ...they were totally unlike there photos etc.

In the end it can only improve the site :)

We may not be honest to everyone ...i certainly do not always tell the truth in life as only Jasmine knows that I like to swing .. but we can be honest here ..all for the betterment of our experience :)

It's too subjective... Unless that said person is being a public pratt and there is actual evidence then absolutely not .
Evidence must exist. . Not hearsay
