I did something on Tuesday that is so unusual I genuinely can't remember the last time that I did it, although I have done it.
This thread began with sending out those initial messages, issues, problems, whatever.
On Tuesday night I found myself in the annoying situation that my booked meet for the evening fell through and all my usual online avenues dried up. I gave up. Went to a bar and had a pint.
And picked someone up.
No phone, no sites, nothing.
But I knew within 10 mins that this person was into me and there was a strong possibility that we would be going home together.
Never expected that.

But. As I said, got very lucky in a bar.
Bloody good thing too as I'd also lucked out on the Airbnb - 5th floor penthouse flat with 3 balconies and a room so large it had a red pool table in the middle. It was stunning. I was astounded. £60 a night 'cos I thought the Holiday Inn overpriced.
And I got to fuck someone on the pool table and on the leather sofas and on a recliner on the balcony... despite the dark machinations of Cardiff.
Really good sex too. Total fantasy fuck.
