Bloody muppets. They’ll be sorry. X
In a way I can see where a lot of people are coming from now.The whole rules and moving the goal posts constantly since March, has made people question the severity of it.So people are using the risk it for a biscuit approach, thinking they'll be fine. And fair to say alot of people will be fine. But alot of people won't be, and that's what everyone should be thinking about. X

Sadly, it doesn’t help with anti maskers, anti vaxxers, conspiracy theories et al. It’s creating a false sense of security in many ways. Yes it’s understandable but it’s also selfish and why it’s not going away. X

oo good news if it works 50 million doses by January spread to some countries means frontlines can get them then by the end of 2021 most of us should get them
Let's hope so Mr C. I really don't want to raise my own hopes up too, but I really hope this is the breakthrough we're needing. Especially for frontline and vulnerable people.

its a mile stone either way and something to help the frontliners since we ahve already paid for 30 mil it seems just a question of how many we get and when.... pluss a question of how well they will organise the support since i mean theres been way too many doctors nurses paramdics that died cos of covid

Well it’s day one of the lockdown here being lifted and it is chaos out there. Had to go shopping for some bits and the roads are crammed. Shops are bursting.
We passed the Covid-19 testing area, the car park was full and there was a queue of cars waiting to access the site.

I never expected to see it so chaotic after just two short weeks of lockdown. It’s actually so packed, it is worrying. I think we will see a sharp rise in the coming weeks.

And isn't that the problem with lockdowns, as soon as the rules are relaxed so many people feel they need to go shopping but will complain like f*ck if it all goes tits up and another lockdown is needed.
I expect after 4 weeks and it being so close to Christmas, England will be bedlam.

Agreed. We’ve seen so many people out and about unnecessarily. We both believe that in the next few weeks, cases are going to rise and rapidly.
You know what it’s like during peak Christmas shopping? Well that’s what it’s like here atm. Shocking.

the thing is I saw people out full force during the weekend and we are supposed to be locked down right now and the queyside was packed to precovid packed status
Crazy situation to be in. There’s so much disregard now.
I think people are fatigued of it all though which isn’t helping.

I think the main problem with this virus is people will not take it seriously until it hits someone in their family and totally rips everyone apart.. It sounds awful but if every family had someone affected by this you would see a big difference in figures.. But as everyone doesn't get hit by it then human nature takes over and people will keep saying no to rules they don't like.. It's a sad world we're living in unfortunately.. W.. ???
