I've been on drabs as a single guy, I didn't have any really bad experiences (only there for about 2 months) but I got the usual single guys don't exist treatment.
At that time my local swingers club ran into problems with drabs and a few of us joined here, tbh I didn't expect things to be very different but what a suprise to find people actually replied to my posts, even Pearls. That was in 2015 and I'm still here so I think that says it all.

Well I've been on "that site" on and off for a few years now and despite not having best of luck with the ladies I try to be polite and respectful but quite frankly I don't know why I bother when I make an effort and instantly get blocked. Below is the message I sent and for context the profile pic was a boob with a smile drawn on and she was looking for someone regular. I have asked female friends on twitter and non of them can see any offense in my message but maybe you lovely swingers see things differently

That's probably the problem. Is there anyone over there that appreciates respectful and polite anymore? I'm guessing around 95% of them are wanting an ego boost or subscribers to their o/f ?

Nothing wrong with the message you sent. Polite and respectful. She either didn’t like the face pic you sent or was just looking for an ego boost.

Happened to me that I was chatting to someone and then when I sent a face pic, I would either get instantly blocked or simply left on read and that would be the end of the conversation.

Thank you. It does help to ease my mind and know that I'm not a complete asshole. I will say that due to incidences like that and several ghostings, dismissals or just plain ignored on vanilla dating sites my confidence isn't great when it comes to approaching people I like

I think that sums it up nicely, those plus the green eyed monster. We've seen it here and it's dealt with but on other sites, despite supposed moderatoration, bullying in all it's forms is just accepted.

I have a reference to firearms on my page and she starts telling me about all the firearms she owns and I got her to tell me about the licensing and storage requirements. I then checked with a British Facebook group. She was close, had it half right.
That takes a lot of effort to research British gun laws just to gain my confidence.

I think with other places, you would have to work smarter because they have the security in place to actually stop them. The worst that can happen on drabs is you report someone and they get a half arsed warning and can move onto someone else, or they lose their account and remake one in 2 minutes.And pretty certain that only happens if you get reported by someone,and a make believe moderator is having a bad day ?
The scammers on there are definitely not masterminds and they don't need to be lol x

All swinging sites are the same. I am respectful, but in the same boat as you. There are probably 1000 to 1 man on fab anyway. I was told to keep it short and sweet but that doesn't work either. So just go to clubs instead.
